The customer service telephone interface difference between UHaul-UBox and Door to Door was night and day. Door to Door staff were reachable without long hold times, knowledgeable, and helpful. UHaul people had no clue about where to transfer you to and when you got to UBox they could not answer basic questions about services or costs.

I was going through a divorice and was in need of moving and storage of a lot of my belongings as I could not take all of them to my new home. I called Door to Door and they delivered 2 pods to my door the next day. The people on the phone and the driver were extreamly helpful and very pleasent to deal with. The driver left the pods so that I could fill them as my time allowed and came back to pick the pods up when I was done. It was a releif to know that my belongings were going to be stored in a secure climent controled wearhouse and I could go and take things out when and if needed with just a call ahead so that the pods could be pulled. When I moved into a home where I could unpack all my belongings I just called Door to Door and they setup a delivery that was right for my schedual. The driver that dileverd my pods was extreamly helpful and very polite. I would recommend anyone wanting moving and storage to consider Door to Door.

Planning a move (in one month) from Washington to Arizona while 6 months pregnant is no picnic. Door to Door removed two large stressors: convenience and budget.
